Growing business with many new job opportunities. Overall business has a promising future. Acelero impacts thousands of children and has a positive mission.

Cons

Growing pains. Not much room for professional growth unless you are at the headquarters. Management has a passive aggressive nature about them. It's sometimes unclear if focus is on child outcomes or generating revenue.

Children, families and staff are all great to work with. Technology driven.

Cons

Upper management are horrible to staff the program is more focused on the dollars then the children and families served, pay is not that great when compared to the workload. Turn over rate is ridiculously high.
