Pros
Staff was amazing. Interacting with children was great. The concept for helping families was great but could never be accomplish because upper management (coordinators)would always change rules or overload you with data work.
Cons
Acelero only thinks about data and numbers; they can careless about families. You have over 3 bosses telling you what needs to be done. Meetings, trainings, etc at least 2x a week which piles up your daily work. Acelero doesn't appreciate what the lower staff does; they are the ones who actually make a difference with families. They overwork their lower staff. Upper management doesn't speak Spanish; Acelero services more then 95% of Spanish speaking families. No room for growth; pay is not good for the amount of work even with a Bachelors Degree, no raises. Very unorganized.
