Pros

Used to be a great company to work for especially if you are a student.

Cons

As you noticed, most people who commented/left a review has worked for the company for less than two years. This really says something about the company's talent retention. Most of the work is by contract so the number of hours you work is not guaranteed or stable. You can work 20 hours or more during the busy months while maybe only 8 hours a week during the rest of the year. Manager turnover rate is ridiculously high. The person who I had the longest as my manager is the first one I had who was actually the one who hired me. All of the rest lasted about half a year to 8 months. One of my managers only lasted two weeks and got replaced. There is no advancement available even for a rare long term employee like me. In the end, my pay was reduced to what was lower than what I started out while the new managers they bring in were not real leaders.

Pros

There used to be pros working for a complaint but not anymore since they cut everyone's pay by 9 to 10 percent their reasoning was to attract new clients however they should be taking the cut as opposed to trickling down to the reps

Cons

Company is horribly ran management tries to milk the employees to work for free and will not pay them they do not pay mileage or tolls. They constantly lie to the clients and are very shady. I would say stay away from actionlink. They will tell you one thing over the phone but on paper will pay you less than what they promised over the phone

Pros

Great team of people and a good job while the client was paying.

Cons

Several contracts have been cut with no promise of work returning so many employees are left jobless with no warning. The clients have little concern for the well being of 3PL and Actionlink has done next to nothing to fill in that gap, leading to massive lay offs company wide. Once Actionlink became part of Acosta, things only got worse, with the company turning to a singular focus based solely on profit. It was much better when they were independent and cared more for the family culture that used to be there.
