Decent hourly pay and benefits. (Pay is dependent on client/program)

Cons

Unorganized company. Managers in leadership roles lack leadership qualities. Leadership does everything to please the client without ever taking in account the affect the unrealistic work load will have on field reps.

Really have nothing to say.

Cons

Unreal numbers based on a service their client could very well do on their own and cheaper. It really makes no difference if actionlink is there or not. Nothing is up for discussion, bad hours tracking system. Really boring during down time which is three or four days a week.

2+ years ago this was a great place to work with high wages and work available.

Cons

In the last 2 years I have had 6+ different managers. All have left or been fired. Pay has been cut by a significant amount. You can't get in touch with anyone to find out anything. One day you work and the next you are out of a job. Action Link will not last. They are losing clients and there isn't work available. Its a shame because they were great part time work before all the above took affect.
