Pros

Better pay than the other retail agencies but declining. The people who got in early enough to get a good deal aren't getting such a good deal anymore. Huge discrepancy in pay rates too. Started me at $15/hr., then posted for $22, offered me a position with a different manager for $11, then finally raised me to $18 after two years of last minute projects for which they never even try to send the materials I need.

Cons

Travel expense policy just revised - zero reimbursement for driving and mileage - despite what they say when they call and ask you to travel for them! And what was supposed to be 12 hours a week until a full-time position opened up has never been more than two weekends a year.

Pros

It's a paycheck at least.

Cons

Lack of sufficient hours, low pay per hour, have to wrestle them so to speak to get drive time and mileage paid, lack of in person hands on training especially in the field especially for those who are installing the newer demonstration software to pcs and laptops in Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, etc. Seriously get your stuff in order ActionLink. Another thing is Natural Insights the app is far outdated when the parent company that owns and utilizes One Hub i.e. Movista has purchased and bought out the parent company that runs Natural Insight. Fix this issue asap. Your field reps would greatly appreciate it. It's not our fault if NI glitches and we're scrambling to get surveys in on time and then end up losing our jobs because of huge misunderstandings with HR etc.
