Office Culture - like many of the other reviews, I can attest to the Ad Council's terrible office culture. It can only best be described as a "high school" hierarchy where it's an openly discussed secret who is "in" and who is "out". Even up until recently I was being told what managers were openly saying about me and my coworkers, which further led to me leaving the organization.
Work Life - teams are constantly stretched to the max with the expectation that you work late every night. Anything outside of that is "underperforming".
DEI & B - This comes down to the "belonging" in DEIB and ties back to the overall office culture. Unfortunately, the ones with the most decision making power are the ones causing the problems to begin with. There is little to no accountability, and even less chance of any change with the current leadership.
