      Amazing benefits, along with great bonuses and pay

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about you as a person! Just the bottom dollar you are making for the company. Management also will not help you in your career if you're struggling, no support! They just want you to sell sell sell and get more members!

      Started off great but then became Frustrating due to poor culture

      Great people to work with, mission concept is great (flawed in implementation)

      Cons

      Management is totally disconnected on all levels and every is working towards their own goals. No regard for the actual members other than as lip service. Departments are to siloed to provide effective cooperation. Managers are focused more on their own goals than actually doing what is right for the members
