Pros

Nice truck as a vehicle.... That is it and of course you are renting it

Cons

Bad management obsessed with learning a 10 sentence script and even after you learn it... Then they focus on the horseshit gps crap that just tracks you... If you are even a couple days behind; because most management is inexperienced; they fire you. Lets fire someone that may be 1-2 away from knowing almost everything about the business because it isn't that difficult.

We view all feedback as a gift, as it grants us the opportunity to correct factually inaccurate claims and highlight our ongoing commitment to a high-performing team culture that rewards top performers. Regarding our truck program, we follow IRS rules related to the management of this fringe benefit. Our team members in the field are outfitted with a company truck for both professional and personal use, saving wear and tear on their own vehicles and, in many cases, eliminating the need to maintain a personal vehicle altogether. We are constantly turning over our fleet; many of our vehicles are 2025 or newer, with the oldest being a 2022. As is the case with virtually every company-owned fleet in the country, our vehicles are outfitted with GPS for safety and logistics. Furthermore, the details of this program are discussed thoroughly during the interview process—every candidate is fully aware of these terms before accepting a role. In any professional sales organization, mastering a 'script' is a fundamental component of training and development. It ensures our team members are equipped with the consistent knowledge needed to communicate our value proposition effectively. Once a representative becomes proficient, the script becomes a natural and seamless piece of their professional communication. Advocate Construction is the 21st largest roofing company in the nation with an A BBB rating because we value accountability and professional standards. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you recognize the high earning potential and "golden" opportunities available here for those who are driven to succeed. Our merit-based model is specifically designed to ensure that individuals who consistently create wins have access to some of the highest earning potential in the industry. We recognize the vital importance of training our newest sales team members, particularly because we provide life-changing opportunities for those with no prior sales experience who possess the drive to learn our systems. To support this, our new compensation model provides clear behavioral targets for both reps and Team Managers. These targets are used as a direct training tool to ensure accountability and to provide a transparent roadmap for success from day one. This performance-driven framework allows our managers to focus on high-level coaching and unlocking results for every team member. We maintain an "open hand" policy and are prioritizing ongoing two-way communication to ensure our team clearly understands their path to success.
