Pros

Remote, bonuses sometimes. Most all the people are great & MOST supervisors great.

Cons

The software is bad. Case gets cancel and no one tells customer no tow company isn't coming. Been asked to not tell the truth. You can get some good coaches, supervisors. But for some supervisors it's only about the scorecards and moving calls.

Our customers are our most sacred point of focus with all of our agents, supervisors and leaders across the business focused on ensuring Agero and all it's resources are focused on taking care of them. It sounds like the large majority of your time and interactions were really positive and perhaps a few bad interactions clouded your experience but to anonymously accuse individuals of lying is enormously disappointing to hear from someone who worked in a contact center with these hard working folks and experienced their hard work first hand.
