Pros

Flexible schedules, overtime opportunities, work from home

Cons

Offer letter states three weeks of training, but once you accept the job, you learn that training is only for two weeks, training is very rushed to get you on the phones, 95% of the second week of training, you're taking calls from live customers, very unorganized, extremely hard to get in contact with anyone, submitted my resignation letter over a week ago and haven't heard from anyone, extreme miscommunication, everyone in leadership tells you something different

Thank you for the feedback. There's no doubt about it - the training is intense and comes quickly. If you are feeling overwhelmed, ask for help. Our team of trainers, supervisors and HR team members are here to help when the substance or pace of the content gets too fast.
