Pros

Connected vehicle is a great department to work with. Customers are friendly and not a lot of calls sometimes.

Cons

THe pay is only 13/hr and if you are handling only roadside calls the call volume is high with stressed out customers. Some managers are great and others hound you about metrics all week.

Pros

Pay was ok but not great

Cons

You could work your heart out and have perfect stats for years , one bad month and your out the door , company has horrible reputation not paying tow companies and it your job to convince tow companies to take the job but they always get ripped off and refuse to take jobs from them . management is horrible. Not to mention customers would be stuck on the side of the road for hours because off shore agents would just select random tow company to the job that never accepted it and the customers wait for hours thinking someone coming .

Misleading Job Description

Pros

The pay is decent I suppose.

Cons

The training is all over the place, didn't learn much since we had a poor teacher. The training was very confusing and what is gone over during training isn't mentioned at all in the job description. They want you to do 1000 things and figure it all out by yourself with little to no direction.

I do agree - job descriptions are an important part of the expectation setting process for new applicants - however they arent the only part. Between multiple rounds of interviews, materials forwarded to candidates pre and post interview and a multitude of other resources pushed to candidates to ensure the role and the commitment required are clear. Based on your review, it sounds like a role in a contact center just wasnt the right fit for you so we wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.
