Overtime incentives, clocking out, lunch, fifteen min breaks and paid holidays

Cons

Hr is horrible! The worst! They let sexual harassment fly. they make you write statements in plain sight of harasser and than do nothing about it.

Remote option Benefits for full and part time. Paid training You are given a head set

Cons

Always working OT even on days off. (resulted in working back to back with no days off) promised flexible schedule and did not deliver Forces employees into stressful situations Constantly pushing employees to learn more clients ( had to remember 50+ clients before i was let go) Will fire you for things out of your control

Our Customer Service agents support customers during their time of need which can sometimes require the need for our associates to take on additional shifts. We recognize this can be challenging for some associates so we often provide a variety of incentives to show both our appreciation as well as support during these extraordinarily busy times.
