Pros

1. The company and the industry have been thriving. There are many career opportunities and interesting challenges here. 2. All team members are very supportive and collaborative.

Cons

It's more about whether you are suited for the startup environment. If you enjoy the fast pace, enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work, enjoy proactively seeking opportunities rather than being told what to do, this is the place.

Long working hours at times. Great place to work and learn new things.

Pros

You get to work with super smart people, and learn lots of new things. There's also 2 meals per day per employee, which is nice. Depending on who you ask, this one can be a con: you may not have clear tasks to get something done, but this gives you the freedom to explore several approaches. Others: - 401k plan - Great medial insurance - Unlimited PTO

Cons

Some days, you may have longer working hours. At times, there is conflict at management level. Most commonly, it's that someone says something and someone else says another.

AiFi is a fun place to work. The startup vibe is very much alive and folks truly care about eachother. I love the technology I support and I am excited about AiFi's future!

Cons

Commute to Santa Clara from S. San Jose is nightmarish
