Timely responses from HR and Team members CEO and top management respect the getting to know each candidate Evaluation was very thorough and asked great questinos

Office location is a little from the city, but commute is same as every South Bay company

Pros

-fantastic benefits (lunch and dinner, 401k, good healthcare, etc.) -nice, talented colleagues -lots of great experience in a short amount of time compared to one's career development at a more established company -this is an exciting corner of the industry to be in right now - brick and mortar retail is really being challenged by the market to redefine itself or risk becoming obsolete -you'll see lots of growth and immediate effects of your work -very diverse group of colleagues from all over the world

Cons

-typical startup growing pains -lack of structure sometimes leads to chaotic moments and avoidable issues -the lack of structure can also appear to be a lack of company transparency, duplicated efforts, and focus to some of us
