Pros

Some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. Great company benefits at this scale. Interesting project and exciting future.

Cons

Communication can be hard despite the small team size. Management tends to over extend on commitments.

AiFi checks many of the boxes for a great startup experience: - Cool product in an exciting industry - Great benefits/culture - Talented, intelligent coworkers

Cons

As a relatively early-stage startup, there are also some negatives right now: -Direction of the company/product can often be unclear and changes frequently - Always needing to implement more structure
