Pros

Like the responsive colleagues and scholarly mentor there. I've learned a lot about TensorFlow. I hope to get an invitation to go back and digging deeper.

Cons

Nerdy team but that's my vibe.

Pros

AiFi brought out the best in me. I especially appreciate that I can fully utilize my creativity here and the team empowers me to bring it to the next level of prototyping. I like how the whole team supports me when I want to learn a new skill set. For instance, I built my first GPU server here and am learning Swift to build better prototypes. Plus, it's a super diverse team and everyone has an awesome story and signature dish to share =]

Cons

It's a startup so super hectic everyday. But I embrace challenges! They make me stronger.

Pros

Great and talented team members. Lovely and creative office space. Challenging yet rewarding projects. Enjoying working here.

Cons

They used to have a very bad hire. Fortunately they were able to correct it and let her go quickly. Hiring is back on track now.
