Pros

Rewarding work with some very passionate and professional employees. Pay is generally on par with other EMS companies.

Cons

Management, from middle level to higher levels, look out only for themselves. In fact, most managers seem to have little management experience. Management will only look out for themselves and their favorites. I watched numerous managers sweep safety violations under the rug, and then in the next instant, one pilot's minor mistake sees him get the axe. If you need a job, take a job with Air Methods while you look for something else.

Pros

Good benefits and competitive pay. The company does attempt to take care of it's employees while keeping stock holders happy. Good work life balance, unless your in the field.

Cons

No real vision for the future, or how to improve. Very little training for anyone moving up in the company, your thrown in and it's really sink or swim with a 5lbs weight.

Pros

I cannot think of any pros but the pilots were the only decent people that work there.

Cons

Poor, poor, poor management ! Unethical as hell...I have seen it and had it happen believe me. This company needs to be shut down before they kill more people.
