      The best of the for profit private equity firm setups

      Good education, progressive protocols, very well compensated for travel.

      Cons

      For profit environment. Extensive charting on a not user friendly software. Old and small airframes that are not appropriate for the job.

      Great education, safety and team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Low pay hourly for the job. Less than I made as a new grad a decade ago. Just say you can make up for it in overtime.
