Pros

Good front line people and good for investors. This is where AMC spends all its time; focusing on stock value and never appreciating who got them there. Senior management blames every problem on the folks below them, takes all the credit when stock value goes up.

Cons

Middle management level up to CEO are inept, greedy, dishonest and back stabbers. When anything goes wrong, they play the blame game.

Pros

Pros, decent health care Insurance, decent 401K, and, flying.

Cons

Poor poor management. When the company finds it "OK" to pay new, inexperienced employees on average, $7000,00 more a yr than employee's who have been flying for over 8 years, I think there is a problem. Management doesn't like to fix problems, yet just shove them under the rug and hope they go away. Management also like to dish out their work for all the bottom people to do while they get to sit back and reap the rewards.
