Pros

Customer love the product, a-lot of smart folks working here. Customers will want to chat with you since you work for Airtable. Has the opportunity to be a 100B company

Cons

No differential features between Enterprise vs Pro plans lead to lack of opportunities for reps.

Pros

The interpersonal culture was fantastic: everyone was considerate, and the company had some excellent initiatives during the pandemic. The executives communicated regularly.

Cons

I feel they were going through growing pains: practices that work in a 10-person startup rarely scale to 1000 people, and Airtable had more than a few of those. As an SRE / DevOps / Production Engineer, their deployment stack was idiosyncratic, and it seems the senior engineers wanted it to stay that way. Additionally, they did not offer any formal compensation for going oncall outside business hours.

Pros

Airtable is a fantastic place to work - I've been lucky to have some of the best leaders to work with and for, and the quality of individuals that we have on to the team are really smart, strategic, curious, and resourceful. The tool has continued to develop at a really fast speed which has been awesome to see over the past couple of years. Finally, Airtable cares about us as individuals. It has been tough to navigate through a pandemic and Airtable has continued to lead with a growth mindset but also with the individuals' health and wellness first and foremost. The compassion of my team, and the opportunities to color outside the lines and participate in projects outside of my direct role has been a really impactful experience here at Airtable.

Cons

Small con - As we have encountered high growth over the past 3 years, we've also encountered growing pains. We're not yet at the corporate stage yet but late stage startup so we haven't figured everything out yet so processes iterate as we grow and learn. Change is the only constant.
