Airwallex now has a number of internal feedback loops, surveys and initiatives to ensure we maintain effective two-way communications channels with the Leadership Group, and individuals can have their voices heard. We believe our internal teams should play a role in helping to design their ideal employer. There are members of the People Team who review Glassdoor responses, provide replies, and feedback key themes or areas of concern to our Leadership Group.       Toxic working environment

      Office in Singapore is nice and cost a lot

      It is a typical Chinese company but coated Australian flag, and dominated by Chinese leaders. Airwallex has toxic working environment that not focusing on the business results and KPI, but pay more attention on who can do the PPT with most beautiful layout. The leadership team is very demanding on everything (the deck) and there was no appreciation culture. There’s no “respect” in their dictionary, shouting to you in the meeting is just like a meal in the day. They did a lot marketing to promote the business achievements, but about net revenue? Wait and see ….

      Micromanagement and poor management No SOP, no policies to be followed Heavy workload for everyone Lack of good leaders Airwallex isn’t an Australian firm, the culture is total Chinese and conservative.
