Pros

Interesting work, and many very knowledgeable employees who were very willing to help each other with any questions.

Cons

Erratic management at times. Little positive feedback from upper management. Cost cutting and bottom line controls seemed to be more important than employee recognition.

Pros

Solid job, offers virtual and in- house positions, decent pay, nice company summer outings.

Cons

Does not promote within as much as they should, raises are minimal, stringent rules, more concerned with profit, no real concern for employees, little flexibility, will sue former employee's if they don't abide by the non competition clause included in the handbook...so be careful what you sign with this company.

Pros

Fell in love with "Fat Lady"

Cons

No vision insurance. How can I see and work with broken glasses? Staff in areas, suffer from "high schoolism." That is where your a grown adult and act like your in high school, hating people who are happy, create rumors, make fun of peoples looks, etc. But there are a few great people there too. One is my favorite. I'm glad I worked here because of who I walked away with. But for work, HR is a joke, playing Jostle and not helping employees in need. Open door policy is to prevent a lawsuit....because the door closes and some ridic stuff is said. For a health insurance company, the benefits are a joke. You'd assume employees have the best possible plan there is. Wrong! Find the cheapest you can get away with, and give it to out employees.
