      Pros

      Great pay & benefits; ergonomic desks and campaigns promoting employee health

      Cons

      Lack of workplace flexibility; lack of work/life balance; employees are not encouraged to be innovative or speak up; toxic work environment (surrounded by negativity and complaints about those we were supposed to be helping and management); lack of structure and feedback; no structured training plan, disorganized (management hired me without knowing what I'd be working on); working environment needs work, many rows of cubicles with factory-like florescent lights and cement pillars.

      Work life flexibility is better than other places

      Cons

      Lack of HR leadership; employees are not held accountable; relationships are valued more than capabilities; leave of absence department has been horrific since it was insourced and continues to be so yet no one is holding the VP over that area accountable

      The pension is decent but will likely be taken away soon

      Cons

      Upper management cuts nurse staffing grids without listening to assistant patient care managers. Lost union health insurance.
