      Call center is newly renovated Health insurance benefits are amazing

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work, but the new location has turned into the typical large call center toxicity which is disappointing Have to misrepresent yourself to patients as being onsite or only taking calls offsite temporarily Used to hire quality candidates, now only hire people to fill seats Micromanaged to death
