      -Pay -Resources for patient care

      -Resources for staff are very difficult to access -Occupational health is extremely difficult to work with: Didn't give me paid time off when I contracted norovirus from a patient. -Insurance options are subpar for RN's -Violence in the workplace for patients is very common -Not enough USEFUL resources for RN's experiencing burnout -As an organization can be very difficult to negotiate any change with
