      Pros

      Good health insurance, good colleagues

      Cons

      Within the past 3 years has had major reorganization. Massive cuts. Leadership does not treat people with respect, and people disappear without so much as an announcement or acknowledgement of their contributions or that their position was cut: just silence. Allina has frozen raises, 401K contribution, tuition assistance, and enacted furloughs so many are without any PTO. Meanwhile, people at the top are promoted and take extended vacations. Beware of the new regime!

      Pros

      I get to work from home during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Slow to change, poor communication with employees, slow to adopt new technologies. My department feels like the "good 'ole boys club", woman's voices aren't always heard.

      Mandatory use of PTO for holidays when the clinic is closed Almost impossible to get a day off Over-worked without enough compensation Manager engages in office gossip with certain employees
