Pros
* Great starter company for fresh grads / interns * Great culture * Great benefits * Nice office environment * Middle management is awesome * Awesome coworkers * Free snacks / Drinks * Close to plenty of good food
Cons
* You WILL be underpaid, no questions about it * Indirect attempts to scare / punish employees from discussing their pay * Upper management is out of touch with devs * Upper management is against WFH even when contracts allow it * Standard dev hardware is garbage * Lots of contracts for you to get 'lost' on no recognition for years * Referred to as a 'resource' multiple times * Recruiters here are a joke and a half * Promotions are entirely time based and arbitrary. Some upper managers claim there is a cycle for them, others claim it isn't cycle based. No matter how good you are doing don't expect to be paid / promoted based off your skill set.
