Pros
This company will pay you very well and they have great 401k, health and leave benefits. There is little to no oversight for what you do - whether that is good or bad is up to you.
Cons
This company is run by liars. Do not trust anyone who is management, especially all of the C-levels. Not only are they liars, but they are extremely poor at their jobs. Don't come here expecting to do "cutting edge" work. This is a purely butts in seats contracting firm. They are trying to sell an open source product called "Lumify" for the past 2 years. It doesn't work but management doesn't care. They will force you to sell it to every single customer under the sun. They are quickly loosing all contracts in the DMV area. I fully expect this to be a Dayton, OH based business by the end of 2015. The $5,000 training budget is an absolute lie. Never saw a dime of it.
