Pros

Flexible work locations and they pay was decent.

Cons

Executive team is weak. Upper Management is weak. They're trying to go to the cloud but it's a disaster. They acquired Trifacta a little over a year ago and they should have kept Trifacta as it is. They're trying to make Trifacta look like Alteryx which is cumbersome.

Pros

Lots of random benefits Serves food in the cafeteria weekly possibly everyday Lots of great people to work with Decent health insurance Okay stock options

Cons

Managers tend to follow the Peter principle Standard Middle Management practices Low pay increase Will generally not work with you for personal emergencies or anything else going on in your life If you were neurodivergent this place may not be very kind. For a company that places so much value in their own values they sure aren't willing to walk the talk.

Pros

Genuinely nice people are working at Alteryx. Great vision and hands-on c-suite leaders.

Cons

Not many nice people aren't highly-skilled people. Many of PMs did not have prior PM experience from a tech company. Middle-managers are inexperienced except a few superstar PM Directors. Coming from tech industry with many years of experience, Alteryx is an extremely frustrating workplace. The best people from the tech industry who joined the company is leaving quickly because of that. The recent acquisitions made many of us in the states to work in early morning and evening because they came with off-shore offices, and WLB declined significantly this year.
