      Good salary, good perks, fun/kind people

      Cons

      Don’t support internal growth at all, even though they preach it. They will always find someone else who has more “background” than you and won’t give you the chance to move elsewhere in the company even when you’ve prove yourself over and over and get nothing but positive reviews and remarks.

      A lot of growing pains and poor executive leadership

      Simple product to learn. A lot of departments and job titles you can prospect into within an organization

      Cons

      The sales reorg last year was poorly thought out, poorly executed and was a total disaster. Accounts and roles were given by tenure at Alteryx rather than sales experience, merit and skill.

      Awesome products that I feel really good about being involved with Smart, driven colleagues up and down the organization Company culture is really inclusive, progressive Executive leadership is aligned on our mission, filtering that down well to the teams that are executing The perks and benefits are great without feeling wasteful Approach to Covid has been flexible, thorough, reasonable

      Cons

      The stock price is getting hammered, like most tech companies at the moment. There is a lot of growth via hiring and acquisitions. So far the culture is intact and hopefully there is a continued emphasis on integration and finding good places for the combined entities to settle into.
