Pros

Zero . Zero. Zero. None none

Cons

Leadership and management have no vision or originality. The systems are archaic and duplicative. I guess we'll see how many MSA specialist they need in about 6 to 8 years.

Pros

Workload is manageable Company is growing and performing financially well Lots of company holidays

Cons

Executive group is a textbook old boys club Zero hesitation or reservations about layoffs - has happened numerous times Employees are viewed as an expense; not an asset Very secretive - no salary bands published, poor communication on internal updates and changes No investment in claims technology - continuing to rely on a terrible and ancient internal claims system and putting band aids on major problems

Pros

Extra days off for Jewish holidays, ranging from 5 a year to sometimes 12

Cons

Outdated IT. Basically hand me down equipment London office do not want anymore. Power politics at every level of the business from supevisory all the way up to high management. Only focus of HR is on what they are doing well and never on what they need to improve. New starters earn 3-4 k more than people working for the business 4-6 years and are required to teach the new starter the job. Little to no training. Meritocracy non existent. Capable employees overburdened, coasting employees put up with by management
