Pros

There is always a need for retail.

Cons

Poor pay, managers barely can do their jobs, corporate is nearly impossible to get in touch with. If you feel wronged, threatened or sexually harassed the company will do nothing to help fix that or comfort you, instead they will make your job harder, have you come in on your days off and trap you in anyway possible until they have "reason" to terminate you. HIPPA VIOLATIONS out the ying yang, and not professional at all.

Pros

The company believes in empowering its Managers, and staff, to do what is best for the patient. You are never punished for coming up with a solution for any given situation. If they want it done differently they will request it be handled differently next time you encounter the same situation. The pay it is. The bonus is hit or miss depending on your location and how accurate the company is regarding projected growth for your market.

Cons

Their new 'Be an Owner' slogan combined with their new policy of requiring GM's to work 45 (plus hour lunch) makes me think they are taking the slogan a bridge too far. 5, Ten hour shifts per week is excessive besides the fact that our salary just got spread over an additional 260 hr/yr so all the GM's took a pay cut.

Pros

The customers and job are generally decent and I loved the job but the pay is abysmal

Cons

1 percent commission and 12 bucks and hour it's really bad pay for overworking you then they have the balls to be funny with you're checks
