Pros

Fun styles of glasses to look at and helping customers find the perfect pair

This company is miserable. Training has been non-existent, my manager prefers to berate instead of develop, I have a misogynistic co-worker who expresses inappropriate things about women when the manager can’t hear. I’m uncomfortable and untrained. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through to store support for an issue and if you leave a voicemail they won’t get back. Also, their deals are misleading. Every feature that is becoming standard with other quality providers (scratch resistant and anti-glare as examples) is billed as an add-on, so their two pair of glasses for 79.95 are only an option with absolute bare bones, low quality lenses that I would NEVER want in an everyday important aid. Go to Warby Parker now that they’re opening stores. If you’re tech savvy, upload your prescription to Zenni for fashionable frames and quality lenses at a fraction of the price. Customers are less than gracious. High turnover.

Pros

Some of the patients you encounter and private doctors are awesome from time to time.

Cons

This place is the worse place to work. I recommend you run for the hills. The turnover rate is HIGH. You will be overworked and underpaid, if you like poor management then apply .

Pros

You got a pay check. The focus from middle management was on keeping the store vacuumed and the drawers clutter free. Wish I could actually say something more positive.

Cons

Where to begin......far too many appointments with major overbooking from on line. Crazy!! It was almost impossible to provide patients with a quality exam and quality customer care when purchasing eyewear or contact lenses. Understaffed and overworked for the sheer number of people coming in for exams and purchasing. Poor quality frames with the receptionists doing horrific adjustments (but only because there aren't enough trained opticians on the sales floor.
