Pros

In RM you can work on holidays to get extra vacation time since you only get 12 days (so much for flight benefits).

Cons

Promotions are inconsistent and and while they say they know this and are working on it, they won't. You only get 12 days off. SEVERELY underpaid to do that work. Managers and team leads micro-manage and never let you pitch your own ideas. If you want approval to do something it goes through 5 people above you instead of being able to just do it. If you don't have an MBA from one of the 5 schools they've chosen you'll be paid significantly less to do the same work and not get promoted. They have no idea what diversity is in terms of race for analysts. While about half the analysts are women, with every level you go up there is a smaller and smaller percentage of women. Also a lot of kids fresh out of college so people are over-controlled and treated like children. They also only ever want to party and travel together so if you don't you'll be left out and feel isolated.

Pros

Free travel is the best perk

Cons

The Talent department is thinning out again. Upper Management has no clue how to run the department, and with recent Director departure, it is being run into the ground! There is no upward mobility, and the ones in Manager roles are holding on tight to their jobs in fear of millennials outshining them. You need to be involved in projects to get noticed in the group, and if you aren't, you basically don't exist. Much of the back-end work is outsourced to a call center, leaving the internal team relying on them to slowly get things done. The entire process should be internalized without a 3rd party, so that the team can actually get things done correctly.

Pros

-Flight Benefits are nice when you can get on

Cons

-Minimal advancement without MBA -Routinely offer "3" weeks of vacation, and upon hire you find out you only have 2 weeks of vacation plus a "secret" week your manager will manager. This becomes a problem when you have 4 managers in a 2 year span. -Culture based on optics rather than performance where everyone must stay until AT LEAST 6, but everyone is on Facebook or Yelp after 5
