Going downhill

Pros

There are none at this time

Cons

As carshield has bought us out, slashes and cuts are being made to teams without the thought of consequences. We are supposedly cash strapped so maybe we shouldn't advertise with celebrities.

Good temp work

Pros

No pros left. But a great place to work if you have poor work ethic, fake it till you make it mentality, Or you are smart enough because you use to own or run a shop and it failed and had to sell or close.

Cons

Company suspended 401k contribution, changed pto to a six-month waiting period for 5 days each on a 10-day cap with 1-5 year wait, till next increase from 80 hours, Implementing Saturday schedule but job offer was m-f and pto first year at 128 hours. The most backward claims inputting system ever, average claim calls are 30 min to an hour. List goes on from there. Grading claim quality is never correct but you have to agree and sign off on it. This is the most amateur hour antics, I have experienced. I have not scratched the surface of the fake upfront environment, no work life balance. I am soon to leave this company as it is the only option left, as I am intelligent enough not to be micro managed by the inexperienced to the fullest extent. If you still decide to apply request the employee handbook as benefits currently are disparate than the job postings, they are using the bait and switch tactic to try and recruit quality talent.

Horrible leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Good coworkers. Remote work is good.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Got a new supervisor after no leadership for months. Took said supervisor more than 3 months to meet with his team or even introduce himself. Pay raise freezes, and no 401k matching. Mentality here is fall in line or get out. Leadership will not listen to their front line people even when supervisors and leads have to clue about what they are doing or systems covered. Repeated mistakes and no traction in getting much needed help for reps which would be in the form of new hires. There’s a reason their home warrranty can’t touch the top 10 in the industry.

We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are disheartened when we don’t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
