As carshield has bought us out, slashes and cuts are being made to teams without the thought of consequences. We are supposedly cash strapped so maybe we shouldn't advertise with celebrities.

Other than the fact that Carshield now is majority owner of the company and is moving the positions to MO, the company is a very good place to work.

the pay is decent. not enough to make me retire from here.

Cons

no growth. false hopeful promises for moving up. stuck on the phone for over 2 years even tho my metrics are excellent. Higher up lie about helping when they just tell you what you want to hear to keep you at the same position.
