Remote is a lie

Pros

I like the team I work with and appreciate my ability to work independently

Cons

The president has decided we must return to the office at least 1/day a week if we are within 50 miles of the office in Lakewood, CO, even though most of their employees were hired for remote AND current job postings make no mention of it. So beware if you are local to CO and considering applying/accepting jobs. The rationale is it is better and easier to collaborate face to face, even if over 50% of your team isn't local and therefore you still need to collaborate online.

Thank you for your review. We understand that the new opportunity for a hybrid work environment is not ideal for all employees. However, we received feedback from many employees requesting the opportunity to work in-office, which is why we are now allowing individuals into our Colorado headquarters. We do mention within our job postings that some positions are fully remote and some positions require in-office work. We take all feedback seriously and we thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

Pros

Relaxed to a fault. Not much else.

Cons

One word... micromanagement. When all of the employees don't give a damn and those of us who do actually have to ask permission to do our job now as a result, it's time to look elsewhere. Young company making some huge mistakes. You're 20 years in guys. This is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. As you are aware our company had grown over 90% in the last year and we're experiencing growing pains. We would encourage you to share your experience and your ideas with your Team Lead to improve in the areas outlined in your comments. We will be rolling out ways to provide feedback in the near future and would encourage you to utilize those tools.

Pros

Nothing left all the pros were taken away by management.

Cons

Medical only affordable for single people Management took away then changed 401k Changed pto to make less and almost impossible to take as nothing is ever available. Have to work weekends even though when hired they stated perk was no weekends. The worst computer systems and procedures that can ever be implemented. Constatntly changing procedures and policies daily absolutely no clue how to manage a company this size. Feels like going out of business soon.
