Pros

The employees are very loyal to the cause and mission. The ADA attempts to use modern technology as a tool to meet organizational objectives

Cons

Very strong top-down chain of command throughout the whole organization. The local level has not autonomy to determine projects not given the tools to achieve the handed-down objectives.

Pros

The work environment is extremely laid back with a great work/life balance. You get to know the people you work with since you are working in a close environment.

Cons

The management structure was unorganized at best and the retention rate is extremely poor. With a lot of turnover, consistency within the organization (mission, techniques, culture) was lost. This made for a frustrating career opportunity.
