Great benefits and vacation (PTO, sick & personal)

Cons

No job security - was working one day then laid off the next.

Pros

PTO - number of days off were good. Although, you'll be so full of anxiety on your days off they aren't worth taking.

Cons

This place is toxic. As long as you work here, it will ruin your life. National leadership has no idea how to build a winning culture. Organization is completely out of touch. CEO and CSO build a culture of fear, and it's sickening. I left as quickly as I could, and if you get an interview I suggest running as fast as you can the other direction. Run, Simba, run away and never return.
