Pros

There is nothing good about this job or the people who work in the office in Providence, RI

Cons

They lie and tell you that your coming in for an "Admin Ass" job but it's crap, your actually applying for an Sales job THAT ONLY PAYS ON COMMISSION!!!!!! EVEN WHEN YOU MAKE COMMISSION THEY WITH HOLD YOUR PAYCHECK! Do not apply to this job, it is just a waste of time. I worked there for almost two months and I PUT ALMOST a 1,000 bucks into this job, you have to pay for classes before you even start working and you have to buy a new computer if you have a MAC because their system doesnt work on MAC

Pros

You don't have to re-invent the wheel or wonder where your next lead will come from. If you put in the time and work as hard as your business trainer - you will succeed.

Cons

Inaccurate Interview Process, Your job is to prospect more than sell. They market as a Union/ Association Customer Based Product Line. In fact each candidate is the door to your next customer. The products are good - but they dictate to layout a bit to the house sided.

Pros

My experience working with the company was fairly good. My manager was nice, the pay was well, and I learned a lot of skills that will help me with future jobs. I am fluent in Spanish, which was big at the agency where I worked. Being bilingual led to a lot of bussiness. Lastly I met many interesting people while working and I was able to help a lot of people who had bad policies with other companies. The only reason that I left was because I couldn't fit work with school.

Cons

The worst things about the job were the long hours that made it hard to balance with your life, and the fact that the paycheck was commission based. This meas that you will either make a lot of money from one sale, or nothing. Coffee is a must for new hires, as you will have to study the material, do work, and train for the job all at the same time.
