Pros

Worked at the Rancho Cucamonga branch. The managers are great and some of the best in the entire company, so lots of due credit there. Plenty of training support to get you started.

Cons

Won't magically make you better at sales. Just something you either have or don't. This company isn't any different in it's sales approach than others I've seen.

Get to work by yourself for most of the time. That is the only good thing about working for this company.

Cons

Training is very short and unpaid.You will be told that you will get a gas alowence but not told that you have to make bonus every week to get it. I was told I would get health insurance after 90 days but my mga left out ther part about haveing to reach 17000 in anual premiums in a quarter. Leads are terible they tell you that you need to book ten appointments a day hard to do when the leads are so bad. They tell you they will help you if you are strugleing, don't count on it!They Lie!
