they don't want to work with you. very difficult, benefits suck and really just about everything sucks about the place

Awesome co workers/ co-therapists- fun, responsible, well educated group

RSM and management pay no attention to therapist opinion and generally disregard patient preferences in the name of maximizing reimbursement.

The residence are the best part of working there.Next door in the nursing home was the last place I seen my mother,and they treated her right.

Cons

The residential department treats their employees like slaves.Making us get on our knees and scrub the floors with little brushes.There is no ventilation in dishroom and he gave another lady my 5 days a week,when she been fired twice and I been there 7yrs. she been there 3 months.Something going on.I feel I'm being decrimenated against.She get every weekend off while he make me work doubles every other day.She get her 80hrs.I lucky to get 70hrs.This don't start till he came,HELP!!
