Pros

They give bonuses and cool Christmas gifts. Benefits are middle of the road but decent. Business departments have some really intelligent associates in upper management. Great location that is centrally located. Has demonstrated a well thoughtout business strategy for growth and maximum profitability.

Cons

Do not share company profits and bonuses have very little to do with employee or company performance. Disorganized IT strategy that lacks focus. IT leadership is among the worst in my experiences. Expect extremely long hours and little time for family. They do not allow much work from home unless you have already put in 8 in the office. Very politically charged environment which is encouraged by Senior Management.

Pros

Very good recruiting, apparently, as there was a steady supply of intelligent trainees who were willing to work.

Cons

As soon as the trainees finished a year's work (usually because they had been told they would have to repay recruiters fees... a practice that is illegal), the trainees left and went to a better company.

work/life balance is good if you are in the right dept company perks are ok pto is generous

Cons

poor pay management play favoritism advancement opportunities are minimal unless you are in good with the right people
