Some flexibility in time off requests that fall outside of vacation and personal time. Parking is paid for. Nice Christmas party/other company events.

Poor Senior Management/Overall Leadership Favortism and unequal treatment of associates Lots of gossiping and talking about associates, particularly by HR and HR leadership

Trainees used to be recruited straight from college, so were reasonably educated. Office was nicely decorated. Technology was current. Benefits were okay.

Cons

Everything else. Overworked, micromanaged by incompetents, pay not great, turnover sky high, consistent lying from upper management, bonus system made attainment painful. Be very careful if considering a job there. The review I saw labeled "sweatshop" was accurate. Once interviewed with another employer who said he'd interviewed there and "that place had 'sweatshop' written all over it." If only I'd known beforehand. Americo is the standard by which I now judge other employers: if the other company bears ANY resemblance, I run away.
