The people that work here really care about each other.

Cons

Executive leadership is incompetent. There is NO transparency. They cannot retain employees. Everyone is grossly underpaid and overworked.

-lots of freedom and independence -friendly and helpful bosses and coaches -fun to work with the kids -lesson plans are already made

Cons

-the pay is very low -doesn’t provide as many future career opportunities as I had thought -learning the lesson plans can be stressful and time consuming

There is a lot of red tape. Barely half your time is spent actually tutoring. Also, as a "volunteer," you are only paid $10/hr.
