      Compassion and collaboration between colleagues, promote national service, make a positive difference in communities, build beneficial relationships with site partners, absorb the bureaucracy of AmeriCorps so that site partners and Members can focus on service

      Shortsighted and homogenous leadership, lack of transparency, unappreciative of efforts, spend money on branding, consulting, etc. but not to retain talent or implement DEI effectively

      Fun to work with kids, but lots of useless work with Americorps

      Pros

      Working with the kids and teaching lessons to them and overseeing their progress in school.

      Cons

      The pay is poor, they make you watch a lot of useless videos and do a lot of projects unrelated to your job, they dont give you enough time to prepare for the lessons in the hours they offer and expect you to tutor more kinds than your time allows.
