Pros

I enjoyed working for Amyx and felt I had something to contribute to my position. The employee gatherings and outside activities are awesome. I also had a good manager.

Cons

I enjoyed working for Amyx and felt that I had something to contribute in my position. However, diversity is lacking in the leadership of HQ staff. The leadership sets the tone for how the company perceives inclusion and it's lacking when you look at HQ leadership. It's 2023 and you should do a much better job of making that happen, especially if you are interested in obtaining good talent in a diverse workforce.

Tend to pay well and have good benefits. Interactions with HQ have been good.

Cons

There is not much oversight of PMs making for wildly different experiences depending on team leadership. Some PMs have little to no experience and go unchecked without mentoring or clear guidance.
