The only possible pro is the individuals with disabilities that you work for

Cons

Pay is a joke. Hours are awful. Upper management is the worst I have ever worked for. They don't care about you or the individuals you work for. They extort parents of the individuals for donations. I watched them refuse to place one of the people they serve in their own program because of the CEO attempting to prove a point while extorting the parents. Stay away at ALL costs
