Pros

The pay was decent around 15 at the time. You were able to work from the comfort of your own home.

Cons

The evening scheduling starts from mid afternoon to late at night depending on project . If you were planing to work a second job don’t apply for evening shifts. You will get barely any training for the projects.

Pros

Assignment Based Employment - It could be for 6 months, it could be for 2 years. If something gets old to you this may be a good fit. Like a new job each assignment

Cons

Assignment Based Employment - If you like to stay somewhere and get comfortable This might not be a good fit. (Example: I really enjoyed first, and third assignments. 2nd was ok, and 4th is maddeningly repetitive and to me it seems my skills are wasted there.
