Work from home Low Skill Ceiling

Cons

Too Many to Count. Management isn't your friend. Your supervisor may seem really nice but their boss sure as heck isn't. Upper management is cutthroat and that seeps into all levels. These people and this company DO NOT care about you and your well-being. They will throw you aside in an instant.

Pros

Great job if you need something in the meantime. Definitely not meant to be long term as they don’t have any intention of investing into their employees.

Cons

Management is inept. Most of them are only interested in their agenda. The good people never stay long enough. The company either kills their good spirits or they leave out of respect for themselves. Everyone is trying to get out.
